About Tim Embleton

Tim is a broadcaster based in Brighton. He has worked as a radio presenter since March 2009, has been the co-host of SportsMission since August 2009, and also writes for their website, www.sportsmission.co.uk. In October 2011 he began working in television, providing content for a Brighton-based television company. He also works as a video game reviewer for Juice 107.2 FM, Latest 7 magazine and www.imediamonkey.com. As well as working on serious stories, Tim enjoys creating funny content and was part of a three man team who recorded a Euro 2012 anthem, Call Me Gravy, reflecting on the difficulties the English national team were having in preparation for the tournament. In addition to his sports journalism work, he is currently working on pilots for a number of television shows covering a variety of topics. Tim has also worked in the music industry as a marketing professional and has managed promotional campaigns for a variety of artists, including Vampire Weekend, Les Savy Fav and Edwyn Collins, as well as for two music festivals, Willkommen Foxtrot 2010 and Vive La France 2011.
